YCS Orlando 2026: check-in times, deck list deadlines and what's changed since Houston

Konami has posted the main event details for YCS Orlando (November 6-8, 2026, Orange County Convention Center). If you played Houston, most of it is familiar, but there’s one change worth knowing about.

Genesys deck lists don’t go through NEURON this time. At Houston, Genesys lists were submitted in the NEURON app. For Orlando, Konami says both Genesys and Advanced lists are submitted on registration.yugioh-card.com, the same site you register on. Paper lists still aren’t accepted for either event.

The key times (all Eastern):

Genesys Advanced
Online registration closes Thu, Nov 5, 12:00 PM Fri, Nov 6, 12:00 PM
Deck list due Thu, Nov 5, 2:00 PM Fri, Nov 6, 2:00 PM
Mandatory check-in Thu, Nov 5, 12:00-6:00 PM Fri, Nov 6, 12:00-6:00 PM
Day 1 Fri, Nov 6, 10:00 AM Sat, Nov 7, 10:00 AM
Day 2 Sun, Nov 8, 9:00 AM Sun, Nov 8, 9:00 AM

Registration can close early if seats sell out. The hall holds 3,500 Duelists, up from 2,500 at Houston. Entry is $25 per main event and includes five booster packs, which you pick up at check-in. If you’re playing both, you can check in for Advanced during the Thursday Genesys check-in.

Miss a deck list deadline and you lose your seat (the entry is refunded after the event). If travel means you can’t make check-in, email us-ygo-registration@kde-us.com by 11:00 AM ET on your check-in day to arrange alternate check-in the next morning, 8:00-9:30 AM ET.

Advanced uses the Forbidden & Limited List that took effect on October 19, 2026, the one revealed at YCS Houston. Genesys uses the 100-point cap.
