A Rank 4 Xyz. While it has an originally WATER material, your WATER monsters gain 500 ATK. Once per turn, detach 1 to stop your opponent from activating card effects in their GY this turn.
It can't be used in Advanced Format: it's Forbidden in the TCG as of the Sept 21, 2026 list.

Rulings in plain English
Lock: Not in the Damage Step. Once it resolves, it lasts until the end of the turn no matter what happens to this monster.
What it stops: Only new activations in the GY. Effects already activated or already applying, and GY effects that apply without a chain, still work.
