Explained

What it does

A Link-4. When Link Summoned, it gains ATK equal to a Link material's Link Rating x1000. Banish a Link Monster from your field or GY to destroy 1 card your opponent controls, once per Attribute per turn. Your opponent can't respond to its effects.

Play it when

As a finisher in decks that can make it and have several Link Monsters of different Attributes to banish.

Common mistakes
  • Banishing two Link Monsters with the same Attribute in one turn for its destroy effect. You can't.

How it works

Materials: 2 or more Effect Monsters.

  • No responses: Your opponent can’t activate cards or effects in response to this card’s effect activations.
  • When Link Summoned: Target 1 Link Monster used as its material; this card gains ATK equal to that monster’s Link Rating x1000.
  • Ignition: Banish 1 Link Monster from your field or GY to destroy 1 card your opponent controls. For the rest of the turn, you can’t banish monsters with that same Attribute for this effect.

When to use it

Each Link Monster of a different Attribute in your GY is another card destroyed, and your opponent can’t chain to stop it. It’s been a common finisher since 2020.

Rulings in plain English
