Explained
Special Summon it from your hand if you have exactly 4 Fairies in your GY, then add a Fairy from your GY. Neither player can Special Summon monsters. If it would be sent from the field to the GY, it goes on top of the Deck instead. Forbidden in the TCG.
It's Forbidden in the TCG, so it can't be used in Advanced Format.

How it works
- Self-summon: If you have exactly 4 Fairy monsters in your GY, you can Special Summon it from your hand. No chain.
- If summoned this way (mandatory): Target 1 Fairy monster in your GY; add it to your hand.
- Continuous: Neither player can Special Summon monsters.
- Replacement: If this face-up card would be sent from the field to the GY, place it on top of the Deck instead.
Status: Forbidden in the TCG (Sept 21, 2026 list), so it can’t be used in Advanced Format. It’s new to the list.
Rulings in plain English
Top of the Deck: Applies in the Damage Step, if it’s face-up in the Spell & Trap Zone, and even while its effects are negated.
