Explained
A Rank 4 Xyz of 2 Level 4 WATER monsters. Once per turn, detach 1 to Special Summon a Rank 3 or lower WATER Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck; it can't attack for the rest of the turn.
It can't be used in Advanced Format: it's Forbidden in the TCG as of the Sept 21, 2026 list.
- Putting it in an Advanced Format deck. It's Forbidden.
- Trying to revive the Xyz it summoned after it leaves the field.
How it works
Status: Forbidden in the TCG (Sept 21, 2026 list), so it can’t be used in Advanced Format.
Materials: 2 Level 4 WATER monsters.
Ignition (once per turn): Detach 1 material; Special Summon 1 Rank 3 or lower WATER Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck. This card can’t attack for the rest of this turn.
Rulings in plain English
Can’t attack: Starts when it resolves and applies even if the summon fails, unless the effect is negated. You can still use it after this card already attacked.
Summoned Xyz: Not properly summoned, so if it goes to the GY or is banished, other cards can’t Special Summon it.
