To refresh your hand and send cards to the GY.
- Activating it with fewer cards in your Deck than in your hand. You can't.
- Forgetting your opponent gets a new hand too.
How it works
Card Destruction is a Normal Spell. Both players discard as many cards as possible from their hands, then each player draws the same number of cards they discarded.
Rulings in plain English
When can I activate it? At least 1 player must have a card in hand (not counting this card), and your Deck must have at least as many cards as your hand. Your opponent’s Deck size doesn’t matter. It doesn’t target.
Order: Discard first, then draw; not simultaneous. Both players draw at the same time.
