You can only use this effect of "Clown Crew Cappello" once per turn. [ Monster Effect ] Monsters your opponent controls lose 1500 DEF while you control a Tribute Summoned monster. If this card is Tributed: You can activate 1 of these effects (but you can only use each effect of "Clown Crew Cappello" once per turn); ●Shuffle all Pendulum Monsters from the face-up Extra Decks and the field into the Deck. ●Special Summon 1 non-Pendulum "Clown Crew" monster from your Deck or Extra Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions.

Explained
A Pendulum Monster. In the Pendulum Zone, send a non-Pendulum "Clown Crew" card from your Deck to Special Summon it. As a monster, your opponent's monsters lose 1500 DEF while you control a Tribute Summoned monster. When Tributed, shuffle Pendulums away or summon a non-Pendulum Clown Crew monster.
In Clown Crew decks as a Tribute that brings out another Clown Crew monster.
- Forgetting the restriction after its Pendulum effect: you can't activate effects of monsters Special Summoned from the Deck or Extra Deck until the end of your next turn.
How it works
Pendulum effect (your Main Phase, once per turn): Send 1 non-Pendulum “Clown Crew” card from your Deck to the GY, and if you do, Special Summon this card. Until the end of the next turn, you can’t activate the effects of monsters Special Summoned from the Deck or Extra Deck.
Monster effects:
- Continuous: Monsters your opponent controls lose 1500 DEF while you control a Tribute Summoned monster.
- When Tributed, choose one (each once per turn):
- Shuffle all Pendulum Monsters from the face-up Extra Decks and the field into the Deck.
- Special Summon 1 non-Pendulum “Clown Crew” monster from your Deck or Extra Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions.
