How it works
Crow, the Carrion Cutpurse is a Normal Trap. Send cards from the top of your Deck to the GY, up to the number of Traps with different names in both GYs +1 (max. 4), then you can apply 1 of these:
- Special Summon 1 monster from among those cards.
- Set 1 Spell/Trap from among those cards, except “Crow, the Carrion Cutpurse”. A Set Trap or Quick-Play Spell can be activated this turn.
Rulings in plain English
When can I activate it? With at least 1 card in your Deck, even if there are no Traps in either GY. Not in the Damage Step.
Order: Send first; only if at least 1 card was sent can you apply an option. Not simultaneous.
