If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Yummy" card from your Deck to your hand, except "Cupsy☆Yummy", or, if this card was Special Summoned by the effect of a Synchro Monster, you can draw 1 card instead. You can only use this effect of "Cupsy☆Yummy" once per turn.

Explained
If you control a Link-1 or a Level 2 Synchro, Special Summon it from your hand. When Normal or Special Summoned, add a "Yummy" card from your Deck, or draw 1 instead if a Synchro Monster's effect summoned it.
In Yummy decks as an extender and searcher.
How it works
- Self-summon: If you control a Link-1 monster or a Level 2 Synchro Monster, Special Summon this card from your hand (once per turn this way).
- When Normal or Special Summoned (once per turn): Add 1 “Yummy” card from your Deck to your hand, except “Cupsy☆Yummy”. If it was Special Summoned by a Synchro Monster’s effect, you can draw 1 card instead. Usable in the Damage Step.
Rulings in plain English
Self-summon: Not an activated effect; no chain. The Link-1 or Level 2 Synchro must be face-up in your Monster Zone. If the summon is negated, you can try again that turn.
Draw option: If a Synchro Monster summoned it, you can activate it even with no “Yummy” cards in your Deck, and just draw.
