Explained
When sent to the GY, banish 1 Level 7 or higher LIGHT or DARK Dragon from your Deck. If it's then banished from your GY, you can add that banished Dragon to your hand.
It can't be used in Advanced Format. It's Forbidden in the TCG.
- Trying to add the Dragon after it left the banishment. Once it's gone, the second effect can't be used.
Status: Forbidden in the TCG (Sept 21, 2026 list), so it can’t be used in Advanced Format.
How it works
- When sent to the GY (mandatory): Banish 1 Level 7 or higher LIGHT or DARK Dragon monster from your Deck.
- When banished from your GY: You can add the monster banished by the first effect to your hand.
Rulings in plain English
First effect: Always activates, even in the Damage Step and even if you have no valid Dragon in your Deck (nothing happens then).
Second effect: Must be banished face-up. Works in the Damage Step and doesn’t target. If it was banished as a cost for another effect, you activate it after that chain resolves.
Lost link: If the Dragon stops being banished, the second effect can’t be used, even if that Dragon gets banished again later.
