You can only use this effect of "Elfnote June Pride" once per turn.

Explained
A Level 10 Synchro of a Tuner + a non-Tuner Spellcaster. While it's in the center Main Monster Zone, only monsters in center zones can attack. During the Main Phase, return it to the Extra Deck to Special Summon up to 1 "Elfnote" each from your hand, Deck and GY.
In Elfnote decks to restrict attacks, then convert into three Elfnote monsters on either turn.
How it works

- Quick Effect (Main Phase, center zone, once per turn): Return this card to the Extra Deck, and if you do, Special Summon up to 1 “Elfnote” monster each from your hand, Deck and GY.
Rulings in plain English
Attack lock: Applies to both players, even monsters unaffected by effects.
Return and summon: Simultaneous. If it’s face-down or controlled by your opponent at resolution, it still returns to its owner’s Extra Deck and you still summon.
