When a monster your opponent controls activates its effect (Quick Effect): You can reveal this card in your hand and up to 5 Synchro Monsters in your Extra Deck; apply all of these effects in sequence, based on the number revealed, also you cannot activate the effects of monsters Special Summoned from the Extra Deck until the end of your next turn after this effect resolves, except Synchro Monsters. ●2+: Special Summon this card. ●4+: Send 1 revealed Synchro Monster to the GY. ●6: Destroy 1 monster your opponent controls. You can only use this effect of "Fydraulis Harmonia" once per turn.

Explained
When your opponent's monster activates its effect, reveal this card and up to 5 Synchro Monsters in your Extra Deck: with 2+ revealed, Special Summon it; 4+, send a revealed Synchro to the GY; 6, destroy one of your opponent's monsters.
In decks with plenty of Synchro Monsters, on your opponent's turn when one of their monsters activates an effect.
- Activating it when it can't be Special Summoned. Its FAQ says you can't.
- Forgetting the restriction: until the end of your next turn, you can't activate effects of monsters Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, except Synchro Monsters.
- Using it in the Damage Step.
How it works
When a monster your opponent controls activates its effect, you can reveal Fydraulis Harmonia in your hand and up to 5 Synchro Monsters in your Extra Deck. Apply these in order, based on how many cards you revealed in total:
- 2 or more: Special Summon this card.
- 4 or more: Send 1 of the revealed Synchro Monsters to the GY.
- 6: Destroy 1 monster your opponent controls.
After it resolves, until the end of your next turn, you can’t activate the effects of monsters Special Summoned from the Extra Deck, except Synchro Monsters. Once per turn.
When to use it
Harmonia rewards Synchro-heavy decks: reveal the full 6 and you get a Level 7 Tuner on the field, a Synchro Monster in the GY, and removal, all on your opponent’s turn.
Rulings in plain English
What does it chain to? Directly to a monster effect activated in your opponent’s Monster Zone.
Can I reveal face-up Pendulum Synchro Monsters in my Extra Deck? Yes.
What if it can’t be Special Summoned? Then you can’t activate it.
What if an earlier step can’t be done? Skip it and apply the next one. The steps happen in order, not at the same time.
When does the restriction apply? If the activation and effect weren’t negated, it applies even if none of the steps succeeded. It stops effects activated in the Monster Zone by non-Synchro Extra Deck monsters, not effects activated elsewhere. Used on your own turn, it lasts through your next turn too.
Can I use it in the Damage Step? No.
