- Forgetting its battle effect is mandatory and also hits your own Spells/Traps.
How it works

Rulings in plain English
Summon procedure: Not an effect. Banishing and summoning aren’t simultaneous. Once properly summoned, it can be revived from the GY by other cards.
Battle effect: Activates at the end of the Damage Step, even if no Spells/Traps are on the field. It doesn’t target.
