Explained
A Level 6 Synchro Tuner. When Special Summoned it can raise or lower its Level by 1, and when sent to the GY it returns 1 face-up card your opponent controls to the hand.
In Synchro decks as a flexible Tuner for a bigger Synchro, which then removes a card when it's used as material.

How it works

- When sent to the GY: Target 1 face-up card your opponent controls and return it to the hand. Once per turn.
When to use it
As a Synchro Tuner at Level 5, 6 or 7, it fits several Synchro Levels. Using it as Synchro Material sends it to the GY, which triggers the bounce.
