Explained
A Level 12 Synchro. When Synchro Summoned, your opponent can't activate cards or field effects for the rest of the turn, and can't respond to that effect. It burns for a destroyed monster's original ATK, and revives a Level 8 or lower DARK Dragon Synchro if your opponent destroys it.
It can't be used in Advanced Format: it's Forbidden in the TCG as of the Sept 21, 2026 list.
- Putting it in an Advanced Format deck. It's Forbidden.
- Trying the lock when something else happened after its Synchro Summon.
How it works
Status: Forbidden in the TCG (Sept 21, 2026 list), so it can’t be used in Advanced Format.
Materials: 2 Tuners + 1 non-Tuner DARK Dragon Synchro Monster.
- When Synchro Summoned: For the rest of this turn, your opponent can’t activate cards or effects on the field. Your opponent can’t respond to this effect’s activation.
- If it destroys a monster by battle (mandatory): Inflict damage equal to that monster’s original ATK.
- If destroyed by an opponent’s card while in its owner’s possession: Target 1 Level 8 or lower DARK Dragon Synchro Monster in your GY; Special Summon it.
Rulings in plain English
Lock timing: Only right after the Synchro Summon. If more processing follows, such as a Synchro Summon from an effect activated as Chain Link 2 or later, you can’t activate it.
No response: That part isn’t part of the resolution, so your opponent can’t respond even if this card’s effects are negated.
Lock scope: It applies to your opponent as a player, so even cards unaffected by monster effects can’t activate. They also can’t activate Spells/Traps from the hand or place Pendulum Monsters in the Pendulum Zone.
Burn: Activates at the end of the Damage Step, only if this card is still in the Monster Zone.
Revive: Activates from the GY or face-up banishment. It works wherever it was destroyed, even face-down, and can be used in the Damage Step.
