If Summoned this way, you cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn, except Rank 4 Xyz Monsters. You can only Special Summon "Ice Ryzeal" once per turn this way. If this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Ryzeal" monster from your Deck, except "Ice Ryzeal". You can only use this effect of "Ice Ryzeal" once per turn.

Explained
Special Summon it from your hand by sending 1 card from your hand or field to the GY (then only Rank 4 Xyz from the Extra Deck that turn). When Normal Summoned, Special Summon 1 "Ryzeal" monster from your Deck, except Ice Ryzeal. Semi-Limited to 2 copies in the TCG.
In Ryzeal and Rank 4 decks as a starter and extender.

How it works
- Self-summon (once per turn this way): Special Summon it from your hand by sending 1 card from your hand or field to the GY. If summoned this way, you can’t Special Summon from the Extra Deck for the rest of the turn, except Rank 4 Xyz Monsters.
- When Normal Summoned (once per turn): Special Summon 1 “Ryzeal” monster from your Deck, except “Ice Ryzeal”.
Status: Semi-Limited in the TCG (Sept 21, 2026 list), so you can run 2 copies.
Rulings in plain English
Self-summon: No chain. Send first, then summon; not simultaneous. The sent card isn’t sent by an effect.
Restriction: Starts once it’s summoned, and you can still use it after summoning a non-Rank 4 from the Extra Deck. If the summon is negated, you can try again that turn.
