Explained
A Continuous Trap. While it's face-up, all Spell effects on the field are negated. Each Standby Phase you must pay 700 LP, or it's destroyed.
It can't be used in Advanced Format; it's Forbidden in the TCG.
- Thinking you can choose not to pay. If you have 700 LP or more, you must.
How it works
Status: Forbidden in the TCG (Sept 21, 2026 list), so it can’t be used in Advanced Format.

Rulings in plain English
Activation: Any time except the Damage Step.
Negation: Not an activated effect; it applies while the card is face-up.
Upkeep: A maintenance cost, so no Chain. You pay in both your and your opponent’s Standby Phase. With 700 or more LP you must pay; with less, you can’t, and it’s destroyed.
