Explained
A Level 11 Synchro. Gain 300 LP each time your opponent activates a card or effect. On your opponent's turn, pay 1500 LP and Tribute it to destroy all their face-up monsters, or all their face-up Spells/Traps.
As a Level 11 Synchro that threatens a board wipe on your opponent's turn.
