Explained
A Link-1 made from a Level 1 monster. When an opponent's monster attacks, Tribute it to make that monster's ATK 0 for the turn. From the GY, Tribute a Level 1 monster to Special Summon it.
As a defensive Link-1 and as recyclable Link Material in decks with Level 1 monsters.
- Playing more than one. It's Limited in the TCG as of October 2026.
- Using its revive in the Damage Step.
How it works
Materials: 1 Level 1 monster.
- Trigger: When an opponent’s monster declares an attack, Tribute this card to change that monster’s ATK to 0 until the end of the turn.
- Quick Effect (from the GY): Tribute 1 Level 1 monster to Special Summon this card. Once per turn.
When to use it
Its revive lets it be used as Link Material again, which is why it’s Limited in the TCG as of October 2026.
Rulings in plain English
Revive: Tributing is the cost; face-down Level 1 monsters can be Tributed. Not in the Damage Step.
