Explained
A Level 1 Tuner. Send it from hand or field to place "True Light" face-up. If you Special Summon "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" while it's in the GY, revive it. When it's targeted, Special Summon "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" or a Level 1 LIGHT Tuner from your GY.
In Blue-Eyes decks as a True Light starter that punishes targeting.
