1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner Fairy monsters You can send 1 "The Agent" monster, or 1 monster that mentions "The Sanctuary in the Sky", from your hand, Deck, or Extra Deck to the GY; until the End Phase, this card's name becomes that monster's original name, and replace this effect with that monster's original effects. When your opponent activates a card or effect (Quick Effect): You can banish 1 Fairy monster from your hand or GY, then target 1 card on the field; banish it. You can only use each effect of "Masterflare Hyperion" once per turn.

Explained
A Level 10 Fairy Synchro. It can send "The Agent" monster, or a monster that mentions "The Sanctuary in the Sky", to the GY to take that monster's name and effects until the End Phase. When your opponent activates a card or effect, it banishes a Fairy from your hand or GY to banish a card on the field.
In Fairy decks, especially with The Agent monsters, as a boss that interrupts your opponent by banishing a card each turn.
- Using the banish effect without a Fairy to banish from your hand or GY. That's the cost.
- Using it in the Damage Step. The banish effect can't be activated then.
How it works
Materials: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Fairy monsters.
- Copy (Ignition): Send 1 “The Agent” monster, or 1 monster that mentions “The Sanctuary in the Sky”, from your hand, Deck or Extra Deck to the GY. Until the End Phase, this card’s name becomes that monster’s original name, and this effect is replaced with that monster’s original effects.
- Banish (Quick): When your opponent activates a card or effect, banish 1 Fairy monster from your hand or GY, then target 1 card on the field and banish it.
Each effect is once per turn.
When to use it
The banish effect is disruption you can use every turn. The copy effect lets Hyperion borrow another monster’s abilities for the turn, and sending that monster also fills your GY with Fairies to banish later.

What’s the cost for the copy effect? Sending the monster to the GY, from your hand, Deck or Extra Deck.
What counts as “mentions The Sanctuary in the Sky”? A monster whose text names that card.
When can the banish effect be used? Chained directly to your opponent’s card or effect activation. Banishing the Fairy is the cost. It can’t be used in the Damage Step.
