Explained
A Rank 9 Xyz of 2+ Level 9 monsters. When Xyz Summoned, send 1 monster from your Extra Deck to the GY. It can swap its materials for monsters in your GY. When sent to the GY, negate 1 face-up card's effects until end of turn.
As a Rank 9 that fills the GY from the Extra Deck and leaves a negate behind.
How it works
Materials: 2 or more Level 9 monsters.
- When Xyz Summoned: Send 1 monster from your Extra Deck to the GY.
- Ignition: Target monsters in your GY, up to the number of materials this card has; detach that many materials, and if you do, attach those targets to this card.
- If sent to the GY: Target 1 face-up card on the field; negate its effects until the end of this turn.
Each effect is once per turn.
Rulings in plain English
Material swap: It detaches as many materials as there are targets still in the GY. If it detached the full number, it attaches them. Detaching and attaching happen at the same time.
GY effect: Usable in the Damage Step.
