When an opponent's monster declares an attack, destroy all Attack Position monsters your opponent controls.
As a defensive Trap in the Battle Phase when your opponent attacks with several monsters in Attack Position.
- Expecting it to hit Defense Position monsters. Only Attack Position monsters are destroyed.
How it works
Mirror Force is a Normal Trap. When an opponent’s monster declares an attack, destroy all Attack Position monsters your opponent controls.
When to use it
It’s one of the most famous Traps in the game, released in the TCG in 2002. It can swing a Battle Phase by wiping every attacker, but it only works when your opponent attacks.
Rulings in plain English
What gets destroyed? Every monster in Attack Position on your opponent’s side when it resolves.
What if the attack that triggered it was negated? It still resolves as written.
