Explained
What it does
A Level 3 EARTH Plant Tuner. While it's face-up in the Monster Zone, your opponent can only activate 1 Spell/Trap Card per turn.
Play it when
It can't be used in Advanced Format; it's Forbidden in the TCG.
Common mistakes
- Thinking it limits Spell/Trap effects already on the field. It only counts card activations.
How it works
Status: Forbidden in the TCG (Sept 21, 2026 list), so it can’t be used in Advanced Format.
Continuous: Your opponent can only activate 1 Spell/Trap Card per turn.
Rulings in plain English
Counting: Only Spell/Trap Cards activated while it applies count. Ones activated before it was on the field don’t.
Effects aren’t limited: Activating the effect of a Spell/Trap (rather than the card) isn’t affected.
