Target 1 face-down monster on the field; destroy and banish it. If it was a Flip monster, each player reveals their Main Deck and banishes all cards with that name.
As removal for face-down monsters, and a hard answer to Flip monsters.

How it works
Nobleman of Crossout is a Normal Spell. Target 1 face-down monster on the field; destroy it, and if you do, banish it. Then, if it was a Flip monster, each player reveals their Main Deck and banishes all cards with that monster’s name.
Rulings in plain English
Targets: A face-down Defense Position monster on either player’s field. It’s banished face-up.
Not a Flip monster: It ends after destroying and banishing.
Flip monster: Banishing from the field and from the Decks aren’t simultaneous.
