How it works
Materials: 3 Level 9 monsters. You can also Xyz Summon it by using a “Galaxy-Eyes” Xyz Monster you control as material (its materials transfer). Can’t be used as material for an Xyz Summon.
- When Xyz Summoned: Send 3 Dragon monsters with different names from your Deck to the GY; your opponent banishes 3 monsters from their Deck.
- Ignition: Detach 1 material; this card can make up to 2 attacks on monsters during each Battle Phase this turn.
Rulings in plain English
Galaxy-Eyes summon: A proper Xyz Summon, not an effect. “Can’t be Xyz Material” isn’t an effect either.
Summon effect: Sending the 3 Dragons is the cost.
Double attack: Detaching is the cost. You can’t activate it in a turn you can’t conduct your Battle Phase, or after you already did.
