Explained
A Rank 9 Xyz. Once per turn, detach 1 to place a String Counter on each face-up monster your opponent controls. If it's Special Summoned, destroy as many monsters with String Counters as possible, draw 1, then inflict damage equal to the highest original ATK among them.
In Gimmick Puppet decks, as its only copy. It's Limited in the TCG.
- Expecting the counters to pay off on their own. The destroy only happens when this card is Special Summoned.
Status: Limited in the TCG (Sept 21, 2026 list), so you can run 1 copy.
How it works
Materials: 3 Level 9 monsters.
- If Special Summoned (mandatory): Destroy as many monsters with String Counters as possible, and if you do, draw 1 card, then inflict damage equal to the highest original ATK among the destroyed monsters in the GY.
- Ignition (once per turn): Detach 1 material; place 1 String Counter on each face-up monster your opponent controls.
Rulings in plain English
Summon effect: Always activates, including if it’s summoned in the Damage Step. If at least 1 monster is destroyed, you draw; the destroy and draw count as simultaneous. The damage comes after the draw, not at the same time.
Can’t draw? It still activates and destroys, but you don’t draw. If your Deck is empty when you have to draw, you lose.
Counters: Doesn’t target. Detaching is the cost.
