Phantasmal Lord Ultimitl Bishbaalkin

Synchro Effect Monster

Card text

(This card's original Level is always treated as 12.) Cannot be Synchro Summoned. Must be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by sending 2 Level 8 or higher monsters you control with the same Level to the Graveyard (1 Tuner and 1 non-Tuner), and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Cannot be destroyed by card effects. This card gains 1000 ATK for each monster on the field. Once per turn, during either player's Main Phase: You can Special Summon the same number of "Utchatzimime Tokens" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) on each player's field in Defense Position, so as to Summon as many as possible, also this card cannot attack for the rest of this turn.

Explained

What it does

A Synchro that can't be Synchro Summoned. Send a Level 8+ Tuner and non-Tuner with the same Level from your field to summon it. It can't be destroyed by card effects, gains 1000 ATK per monster on the field, and can fill both fields with Tokens.

Play it when

It can't be used in Advanced Format. It's Forbidden in the TCG.

Common mistakes
  • Treating it as a Synchro Summon. Its materials aren't sent as Synchro Material.
  • Activating the Token effect when the two fields can't get the same number of Tokens.

How it works

Status: Forbidden in the TCG (Sept 21, 2026 list), newly added on this list, so it can’t be used in Advanced Format.

Its original Level is always treated as 12. It can’t be Synchro Summoned. Special Summon it from your Extra Deck by sending 2 Level 8 or higher monsters you control with the same Level (1 Tuner and 1 non-Tuner) to the GY. It can’t be Special Summoned any other way.

  • Continuous: Can’t be destroyed by card effects.
  • Continuous: Gains 1000 ATK for each monster on the field.
  • Either player’s Main Phase (once per turn): Special Summon the same number of “Utchatzimime Tokens” (Fiend/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) on each player’s field in Defense Position, as many as possible. This card can’t attack for the rest of the turn.

Rulings in plain English

Level 12: Not an effect. It’s still Level 12 when its effects are negated or when it isn’t on the field.

Summon: Not an effect; it’s how the card is summoned. The 2 monsters must be face-up in your Monster Zone, and Tokens can’t be used. They go to the GY first, then it’s summoned; not at the same time. They aren’t treated as Synchro Material. Even after it leaves the field, as a rule it can’t be Special Summoned by other effects.

ATK: Counts every monster in both players’ Monster Zones, including itself.

Token effect: A Quick Effect usable only in the Main Phase. You can’t activate it if both fields can’t get the same number of Tokens, such as when one side has no open zone. As long as it isn’t negated, it can’t attack that turn even if the Tokens weren’t summoned.
