Activate 1 of these effects (but you can only use each of these effects of "Radiant Typhoon Vision" once per turn); ●Draw 2 cards, then if you have a "Radiant Typhoon" card or a Quick-Play Spell in your hand, discard 1 of them, or your entire hand if you don't. ●Add 1 "Mystical Space Typhoon" from your Deck or GY to your hand.

Explained
A Quick-Play Spell. Choose: draw 2 then discard a Radiant Typhoon card or Quick-Play Spell (or your whole hand if you have none), or add "Mystical Space Typhoon" from your Deck or GY. If it's destroyed by Mystical Space Typhoon, you can Set it again.
In Radiant Typhoon decks, which use Mystical Space Typhoon on their own cards to reuse them.
- Drawing with no Radiant Typhoon card or Quick-Play Spell in hand afterward. You discard your entire hand.
How it works
On activation, choose one (each option once per turn):
- Draw 2 cards, then if you have a “Radiant Typhoon” card or a Quick-Play Spell in your hand, discard 1 of them; if you don’t, discard your entire hand.
- Add 1 “Mystical Space Typhoon” from your Deck or GY to your hand.
If destroyed by Mystical Space Typhoon: You can Set this card.
When to use it
Radiant Typhoon decks destroy their own cards with Mystical Space Typhoon to reuse them; Vision both fetches MST and gets re-Set by it.
Rulings in plain English
Choosing: Pick one option on activation.
Re-Set effect: Usable from wherever it lands after MST destroys it (GY or face-up banishment).
Draw option: Draw first; the discard follows, not simultaneously.
