You can only use each effect of "Striker Dragon" once per turn.

Explained
A Link-1 from 1 Level 4 or lower Dragon. When Link Summoned, add "Boot Sector Launch". It can also destroy a face-up monster you control to add a "Rokket" monster from your GY to your hand.
In Rokket and Dragon Link decks as a searcher and recursion piece; Limited to 1 copy in the TCG.
- Expecting the GY add if the destruction failed. You only add if the monster was destroyed.
How it works
Status: Limited in the TCG (Sept 21, 2026 list), so you can run 1 copy.
Materials: 1 Level 4 or lower Dragon monster.
- When Link Summoned: Add 1 “Boot Sector Launch” from your Deck to your hand.
- Ignition: Target 1 face-up monster you control and 1 “Rokket” monster in your GY; destroy the monster on the field, and if you do, add the Rokket to your hand.
Each effect is once per turn.
Rulings in plain English
Search: A Trigger Effect that doesn’t target.
Destroy and add: Destroy first; only if that works do you add. The destruction and the add count as simultaneous.
