Explained
A Fusion of 2 DARK Pendulum Monsters, or Special Summoned by Tributing them. Once per turn, it copies another monster's original name and effects until the End Phase, and your monsters inflict piercing damage that turn.
It can't be used in Advanced Format. It's Forbidden in the TCG.
- Targeting a Token. You can't.
- Expecting no piercing if the copy fails. The piercing still applies.
Status: Forbidden in the TCG (Sept 21, 2026 list), so it can’t be used in Advanced Format.
How it works
Materials: 2 DARK Pendulum Monsters. Must be Fusion Summoned, or Special Summoned from the Extra Deck by Tributing those monsters you control (no “Polymerization”).
- Ignition (once per turn): Target 1 other monster on the field or in the GY. Until the End Phase, this card’s name becomes that monster’s original name and this effect is replaced by that monster’s original effects. For the rest of the turn, your monsters inflict piercing damage when attacking a Defense Position monster.
Rulings in plain English
Summon: Both ways are proper summons, not effects. The Tribute and the summon don’t happen at the same time.
Targets: Normal Monsters and monsters with no effects are fine; Tokens aren’t.
Resolution: If the target or this card is no longer face-up where it was, the copy doesn’t happen, but the piercing still applies. Piercing also covers monsters that arrive on your field later that turn.
