Explained
A Level 10 Synchro. For each banished card, it gains 100 ATK/DEF and your opponent's monsters lose 100. If it would be destroyed by an effect, banish a card from your GY instead. When a card is banished, banish 1 card each from your opponent's field and GY.
In Swordsoul and banish-heavy decks as a boss that gets stronger over the duel.
- Using the banish effect when only a Token was banished. It doesn't trigger.
How it works
Materials: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters.
- Continuous: For each banished card, this card gains 100 ATK/DEF and monsters your opponent controls lose 100 ATK/DEF.
- Replacement: If this card would be destroyed by card effect, you can banish 1 card from your GY instead.
- Trigger (once per turn): If a card is banished (except during the Damage Step), banish 1 card each from your opponent’s field and GY.
When to use it
Every banish fuels it, including its own replacement and trigger effects.
Rulings in plain English
Replacement: Can be applied during the Damage Step.
Trigger: Needs at least one card on your opponent’s field and one in their GY. If either is empty at resolution, nothing is banished. Not if only a Token was banished. Not in the Damage Step.
