You can only Special Summon "The Bystial Lubellion" once per turn this way. You can send this card from your hand to the GY; add 1 "Bystial" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "The Bystial Lubellion". During your Main Phase: You can place 1 "Branded" Continuous Spell/Trap from your Deck face-up on your field. You can only use each effect of "The Bystial Lubellion" once per turn.

Explained
Special Summoned from your hand or GY by Tributing a Level 6+ DARK Dragon. Send it from your hand to the GY to add a "Bystial" monster. On the field, place a "Branded" Continuous Spell/Trap from your Deck.
In Bystial and Branded decks as a searcher from the hand.
- Reviving it with another card's effect. It can only be summoned its own way.
How it works
Summon: Can’t be Normal Summoned/Set. Special Summon it from your hand or GY by Tributing 1 Level 6 or higher DARK Dragon monster (once per turn this way).
- Ignition, from the hand: Send this card to the GY; add 1 “Bystial” monster from your Deck, except “The Bystial Lubellion”.
- Ignition (your Main Phase): Place 1 “Branded” Continuous Spell/Trap from your Deck face-up on your field.
Each effect is once per turn.
Rulings in plain English
Summon procedure: Not an effect. The Tribute comes from your field and can be face-down. Tributing and summoning aren’t simultaneous. Even after it was summoned this way, other cards can’t Special Summon it.
