Explained
Target a "Therion" or Machine in your GY; Special Summon this card from your hand and equip that monster to it. When your opponent activates a card or effect, send a Therion Monster Card from your hand or field to negate it. A Therion equipped with it gains 700 ATK and can use that negate.
In Therion decks as a negate that keeps working while equipped.
- Using the negate twice by switching between this card and the monster it equips. It's still once per turn.
How it works
- Ignition (from the hand): Target 1 “Therion” or Machine monster in your GY; Special Summon this card, and if you do, equip that monster to this card.
- Quick Effect: When your opponent activates a card or effect, send 1 “Therion” Monster Card from your hand or face-up field to the GY; negate that effect. Not in the Damage Step.
- As an equip: A “Therion” monster equipped with this card gains 700 ATK, and can activate the negate as if it were “Therion “King” Regulus”.
Each of the first two effects is once per turn.
Rulings in plain English
Summon and equip: Simultaneous. If the target left the GY, you still summon this card.
Negate: Chain directly to the activation. The cost can be a Therion Monster Card in your Spell & Trap Zone. Whether this card or the monster it equips uses it, it counts as your once-per-turn use.
Equipped effects: Count as an Equip Spell’s effects; no chain.
