If an Xyz Monster(s) is Special Summoned, while this card is in your GY (except during the Damage Step): You can Special Summon this card, also you take no effect damage from your card effects this turn. You can only use each effect of "Thousand Umbral Horror" once per turn.

Explained
As a Quick Effect, send it from your hand or field to the GY to place "Barian's Seventh Untopia" in your Field Zone (then only Xyz Monsters from the Extra Deck until the end of your next turn). If an Xyz Monster is Special Summoned, revive it from the GY; you take no effect damage from your own effects that turn.
In Umbral Horror and Barian decks to find their Field Spell.
- Forgetting the Xyz-only lock lasts through your next turn.
How it works
- Quick Effect, hand or field: Send this card to the GY; place 1 “Barian’s Seventh Untopia” from your hand or Deck face-up in your Field Zone. Until the end of your next turn, you can only Special Summon Xyz Monsters from the Extra Deck. Not in the Damage Step.
- In the GY: If an Xyz Monster is Special Summoned, Special Summon this card; you take no effect damage from your own card effects this turn. Not in the Damage Step.
Each effect is once per turn.
Rulings in plain English
Field Spell: Works even if you already have one; that one goes to the GY and Untopia takes its place.
Restrictions: The Xyz lock and the no-damage effect apply as long as the effect wasn’t negated, even if placing or summoning didn’t happen. The lock starts after it resolves.
