How it works
Status: Forbidden in the TCG (Sept 21, 2026 list), newly added on this list, so it can’t be used in Advanced Format.
Tribute 1 face-up “Wind-Up” monster, except “Wind-Up Hunter”; send 1 random card from your opponent’s hand to the GY. You can use this only once while this card is face-up on the field.
Rulings in plain English
Effect type: An Ignition Effect. The Tribute is a cost and must be a face-up Wind-Up in your Monster Zone. It doesn’t target.
When can I activate it? Only if your opponent has at least 1 card in hand.
Hunter leaves the field? The effect still resolves.
