You can reveal this card in your hand and pay half your LP; add 1 "Polymerization" Spell or "Fusion" Spell from your Deck to your hand, and if you do, shuffle this card into the Deck, also for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck, except "HERO" monsters. During your opponent's turn, if your LP are 1000 or less (Quick Effect): You can Special Summon this card from your hand, then you can inflict damage to your opponent equal to the highest ATK among the monsters they control. You can only use each effect of "Winged Kuriboh Sabatiel LV10" once per turn.

Explained
Reveal it and pay half your LP to add a "Polymerization" or "Fusion" Spell from your Deck and shuffle it back; then only HERO monsters from the Extra Deck that turn. On your opponent's turn at 1000 LP or less, Special Summon it and deal damage equal to their highest-ATK monster.
In HERO decks as a Fusion Spell search, and as a comeback when your LP is low.

How it works
- From the hand: Reveal this card and pay half your LP; add 1 “Polymerization” Spell or “Fusion” Spell from your Deck to your hand, and if you do, shuffle this card into the Deck. For the rest of the turn, you can only Special Summon “HERO” monsters from the Extra Deck.
- Quick Effect (opponent’s turn, from hand): If your LP are 1000 or less, Special Summon this card, then you can inflict damage equal to the highest ATK among monsters your opponent controls.
Each effect is once per turn.
Rulings in plain English
Search: Adding and shuffling are simultaneous. If it left your hand, the search still happens and the restriction applies.
Burn: Summon first, then the optional damage. Not in the Damage Step.
