If this card is Special Summoned: You can place up to 3 Synchro Monsters with different names from your Extra Deck and/or GY in your Spell & Trap Zone as face-up Continuous Spells, and Special Summon 1 "Arc Token" (Machine/LIGHT/ATK 0/DEF 0) with a Level equal to the number placed, also for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck, except Synchro Monsters. You can only use each effect of "Witness of the Ancient" once per turn.

Explained
A Level 8 Tuner. If you have a Synchro Monster in your field or GY, Special Summon it from your hand. When Special Summoned, place up to 3 differently named Synchro Monsters from your Extra Deck or GY as Continuous Spells and summon an "Arc Token" with a Level equal to the number placed.
In Synchro decks to set up material and a Token of chosen Level.
- Forgetting the restriction: only Synchro Monsters from the Extra Deck that turn.
How it works
- From the hand: If you have a Synchro Monster in your field or GY, Special Summon this card.
- When Special Summoned: Place up to 3 Synchro Monsters with different names from your Extra Deck and/or GY in your Spell & Trap Zone as face-up Continuous Spells, and Special Summon 1 “Arc Token” (Machine/LIGHT/ATK 0/DEF 0) with a Level equal to the number placed. For the rest of the turn, you can only Special Summon Synchro Monsters from the Extra Deck.
Each effect is once per turn.
When to use it
A Level 8 Tuner plus a Token of Level 1-3 lines up Synchro Summons of Level 9-11.
