A Level 7 Synchro Tuner (made with Synchro Monsters) that can be treated as a non-Tuner for Synchro Summons. When a card or effect is activated in response to another, choose: negate and destroy the first one, or the second one.
In Synchro decks as flexible negation that can protect your own play or stop your opponent's.

When to use it
If your opponent responds to your card, you can negate their response. If they activate something and someone chains, you can negate the original. It works whoever activated either effect.
