For the rest of this turn, the monsters Synchro Summoned by this effect are unaffected by your opponent's activated effects. You can only use each effect of "Accel Synchro Stardust Dragon" once per turn.

Explained
A Level 8 Synchro. When Synchro Summoned, revive a Level 2 or lower Tuner from your GY. During the Main Phase, Tribute it to summon "Stardust Dragon" from the Extra Deck, then Synchro Summon again; those Synchro Monsters are unaffected by your opponent's activated effects that turn.
In Synchro and Stardust decks to Synchro Summon on your opponent's turn.
How it works
Materials: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters.
- When Synchro Summoned: Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Tuner from your GY.
- Quick Effect (Main Phase): Tribute this card to Special Summon 1 “Stardust Dragon” from your Extra Deck (treated as a Synchro Summon). Immediately after, Synchro Summon 1 Synchro Monster using monsters you control. This turn, monsters Synchro Summoned by this effect are unaffected by your opponent’s activated effects.
Each effect is once per turn.
