Explained
A Level 7 Angelechy Synchro that banishes a monster in another column. When placed as a Continuous Spell it searches an "Angelechy" Spell, and while it's a Continuous Spell your opponent takes 500 damage each time their activated card or effect resolves.
In Angelechy decks, placed as a Continuous Spell to search and to punish your opponent for every card they activate.
- Targeting a monster in its own column. It must be a different column.
- Expecting the 500 damage while it's a monster. It only applies while it's treated as a Continuous Spell.
How it works
Materials: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuners.
- As a monster: Target 1 monster in another column and banish it.
- When placed as a Continuous Spell: Add 1 “Angelechy” Spell from your Deck to your hand.
- While it’s a Continuous Spell: Each time your opponent activates a card or effect, inflict 500 damage to them when it resolves.
Each of the first two effects is once per turn.
When to use it
Angelechy Extra Deck monsters do one thing as a monster and another when placed in your Spell & Trap Zone as a Continuous Spell, which other Angelechy cards like Angelechy Problem and Angelechy Opening to e4 do. As a Spell, Destrier turns every one of your opponent’s activations into 500 damage, which adds up over a long turn.
