Explained
A Trap whose effect depends on the number of "Angelechy" Monster Cards on the field: with 1 to 4, negate the effects of 1 face-up card your opponent controls; with 5 or more, banish all cards your opponent controls. From the GY, it sends an Angelechy card to place another Angelechy monster as a Continuous Spell.
In Angelechy decks as disruption that becomes a full board wipe once you have 5 Angelechy Monster Cards on the field.
- Counting only your own cards. It counts Angelechy Monster Cards on the field, including in Spell & Trap Zones.
- Placing a monster with the same name as a card already in your Spell & Trap Zone with the GY effect.
How it works
On activation: Apply an effect based on the number of “Angelechy” Monster Cards on the field:
- 1 to 4: Negate the effects of 1 face-up card your opponent controls.
- 5 or more: Banish all cards your opponent controls.
From the GY: Banish it to send 1 “Angelechy” card from your hand or face-up field to the GY, then you can place 1 “Angelechy” monster from your Extra Deck, with a different name than the cards in your Spell & Trap Zone, in your Spell & Trap Zone as a face-up Continuous Spell.
Each effect is once per turn.
When to use it
Angelechy decks put Monster Cards in both Monster Zones and Spell & Trap Zones, so reaching 5 is the goal. At that point Verdict wipes your opponent’s whole field. It released in the TCG on October 8, 2026.
