Explained
During your opponent's turn, when they activate a monster effect on the field, reveal this card to destroy that monster and Special Summon a Thunder monster from your hand. On the field, when another card is destroyed by an effect, send a "Blitzclique" Spell/Trap to the GY.
In Blitzclique and Thunder decks as a hand-revealed interruption that also adds a body to your field.
- Forgetting the restriction: afterward you can only Special Summon Effect Monsters from the hand that turn.
How it works
- Quick Effect (from hand, opponent’s turn): When your opponent activates a monster effect on the field, reveal this card to destroy that monster, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Thunder monster from your hand. For the rest of the turn, you can’t Special Summon Effect Monsters except from the hand.
- Trigger (on the field): If another card is destroyed by card effect (except during the Damage Step), send 1 “Blitzclique” Spell/Trap from your Deck to the GY.
Each effect is once per turn.
When to use it
Because it only reveals itself, Crackle stays in your hand and can even summon itself as the Thunder monster.
Rulings in plain English
First effect: Chained directly to your opponent’s field monster effect. Destroying and summoning are simultaneous. It resolves even if Crackle has left your hand. The restriction applies unless negated.
Damage Step? Neither effect.
