You can reveal this card in your hand, then target 1 monster on the field; destroy it, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Thunder monster from your hand, also for the rest of this turn, you cannot Special Summon Effect Monsters, except from the hand. If another card(s) is destroyed by card effect, while this card is in the Monster Zone (except during the Damage Step): You can add 1 "Blitzclique" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Surge Blitzclique". You can only use each effect of "Surge Blitzclique" once per turn.

Explained
Reveal it from your hand and target a monster on the field: destroy it, and Special Summon a Thunder monster from your hand. On the field, when another card is destroyed by an effect, search a "Blitzclique" monster.
In Blitzclique decks on your own turn to remove a monster and put Thunders on the field.
- Forgetting the restriction: you can only Special Summon Effect Monsters from the hand for the rest of the turn.
How it works
- From the hand (Ignition): Reveal this card, then target 1 monster on the field; destroy it, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Thunder monster from your hand. For the rest of the turn, you can’t Special Summon Effect Monsters except from the hand.
- Trigger (on the field): If another card is destroyed by card effect (except during the Damage Step), add 1 “Blitzclique” monster from your Deck to your hand, except this card.
Each effect is once per turn.
When to use it
It’s the main-phase counterpart to Crackle Blitzclique. It can summon itself as the Thunder.
Rulings in plain English
First effect: Destroying and summoning are simultaneous. The restriction applies unless negated.
Second effect: Not in the Damage Step.
