Explained
Special Summon it from your hand to your center Main Monster Zone. During your Main Phase it places an "Elfnote" Continuous Spell from your Deck. On your opponent's turn, it swaps with your center monster, then banishes a random card from their hand until the End Phase.
In Elfnote decks as a free summon that sets up a Continuous Spell, and disruption on your opponent's turn.
- Playing more than one. It's Limited as of October 2026.
- Using the swap while Tinia is in the center zone.
How it works
- Self-summon: Special Summon it from your hand to your center Main Monster Zone (once per turn this way).
- Your Main Phase: Place 1 “Elfnote” Continuous Spell from your Deck face-up on your field.
- Quick Effect (opponent’s turn): Switch this card’s location with the monster in your center Main Monster Zone, then you can banish 1 random card from your opponent’s hand face-up until the End Phase.
Each of the last two effects is once per turn.
When to use it
It’s the third center-zone Elfnote alongside Elfnote Lucina and Elfnote Regina. It was newly Limited on the September 2026 TCG list.
Rulings in plain English
Self-summon: Doesn’t start a chain; can retry if negated.
Swap: Needs Tinia outside the center and another monster in the center. Swap first, then you can banish; not simultaneous. If the center monster is unaffected, nothing happens. Not in the Damage Step. The banished card returns in the End Phase without starting a chain.
