You can only activate 1 "Fusion Deployment" per turn.

Explained
Reveal a Fusion Monster in your Extra Deck and Special Summon one of the materials it names from your hand or Deck. You can only Special Summon Fusion Monsters from the Extra Deck the turn you activate it.
In Fusion decks to get a key named material onto the field.
- Activating it after summoning a non-Fusion from the Extra Deck that turn. You can't.
- Summoning a generic material. It must be named on the Fusion Monster.
How it works
Fusion Deployment is a Normal Spell. Reveal 1 Fusion Monster in your Extra Deck and Special Summon 1 of the Fusion Materials whose name is mentioned on it, from your hand or Deck. Once per turn.
Rulings in plain English
Named material: The monster must be listed by name in the Fusion Material line of the revealed card.
Restriction: The turn you activate it, you can only Special Summon Fusion Monsters from the Extra Deck.
