Explained

What it does

Normal Summon it without Tributing if your opponent has 2+ cards in hand. Reveal it and another Level 5 in your hand to Special Summon both (not for a LIGHT Xyz). During your Main Phase, add 1 non-Aqua "K9" monster from your Deck. Limited to 1 copy in the TCG.

Play it when

In K9 and Level 5 decks to put two bodies on the field and search.

Common mistakes
  • Using the summoned monsters for a LIGHT Xyz Summon. They can't be.
  • Setting it without Tributing. The tribute-free summon is face-up only.

How it works

  • No-Tribute summon: If your opponent has 2 or more cards in their hand, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing.
  • Ignition (from the hand): Reveal this card and 1 other Level 5 monster in your hand; Special Summon both. They can’t be used as material for the Xyz Summon of a LIGHT monster.
  • Ignition (your Main Phase): Add 1 non-Aqua “K9” monster from your Deck to your hand.

The last two effects are each once per turn.

Status: Limited in the TCG (Sept 21, 2026 list), so you can run 1 copy.

Rulings in plain English

No-Tribute summon: Attack Position only; you can’t Set it this way.

Double summon: If either card isn’t in your hand at resolution, nothing happens. The LIGHT Xyz restriction ends once that monster leaves the field or is flipped face-down.
