How it works
Ketu Dracotail is a Normal Spell. Add 1 “Dracotail” monster from your Deck to your hand. Then, if your opponent controls a monster, you can Fusion Summon 1 Dragon or Spellcaster Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your hand or field. You can only activate 1 per turn.
Status: Limited in the TCG (Sept 21, 2026 list), so you can run 1 copy.
Rulings in plain English
Order: Search first; only if you added a card and your opponent controls a monster can you Fusion Summon. Not simultaneous.
Fusion: Materials first, then the summon. If materials go somewhere other than the GY, the summon still happens as long as they left your hand or field.
