Send 1 monster from your Extra Deck to the GY, then add 1 "Dogmatika" monster or "Fallen of Albaz" from your Deck or GY to your hand, that has ATK less than or equal to that sent monster in the GY, also, for the rest of this turn after this card resolves, you cannot Special Summon from the Extra Deck. You can only activate 1 "Nadir Servant" per turn.

Explained
Send 1 monster from your Extra Deck to the GY, then add a "Dogmatika" monster or "Fallen of Albaz" from your Deck or GY with ATK less than or equal to it. You can't Special Summon from the Extra Deck for the rest of the turn.
In Dogmatika and Albaz decks to fill the GY and search at once.
- Sending a monster too weak to find anything. You must pick one that lets you add a card.
- Forgetting the Extra Deck lock still applies even if the search fails.
How it works
Nadir Servant is a Normal Spell. Send 1 monster from your Extra Deck to the GY, then add 1 “Dogmatika” monster or “Fallen of Albaz” from your Deck or GY with ATK less than or equal to the sent monster’s. For the rest of the turn after it resolves, you can’t Special Summon from the Extra Deck. Once per turn.
Rulings in plain English
Order: Send first; only if that worked do you search. Not simultaneous. It doesn’t target.
Restriction: Starts after it resolves, so you can use it after already summoning from the Extra Deck. It applies as long as the card wasn’t negated, even if the send or search failed.
