Explained
When Normal Summoned, add 1 Level 1 LIGHT Tuner except itself. Once per turn, discard it and target an Effect Monster you control; send it to the GY and Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes" monster from your Deck.
In Blue-Eyes decks to get Blue-Eyes monsters onto the field.
